Amplicord mod. 95-S has an operating life of some 20 hours of alternating conversation in medium tone mode. Where necessary, the accumulator may be replaced by a standard 9V battery sold in retail stores. This battery has a shorter life and lower power rating but it is an attractive option for habitual voice prosthesis users.
Amplicord mod. 95-S is fitted with a battery recharger and storage case.
