One of our advisors will initially visit the client to determine the device most suited to the patient's morphology. Our advisor will fully explain how the device works.

ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE |

If the device tests are satisfactory, patients are asked to choose between two all-inclusive packages :

1) Comfort +
Includes :
- Free visit by one of our assistants/advisors to the home of new clients fitting our device for the first time.
- A follow-up visit to the client's home by one of our technical advisors, where necessary.
- Delivery of orders by Chronopost within 24 hours.
- Coverage of costs involved in processing direct payments by insurers.
- Coverage of costs involved in processing and forwarding after-sales warranty forms.
